Terms of service

What you get

A wedding website at <your-names>.oursharedmoments.com, in Arabic or English, for a one-time payment of 599 EGP by InstaPay (or the price we confirm in the chat, e.g. with a referral discount).

We design it from what you tell us in the chat. The first version arrives as a preview link after your payment is confirmed.

Changes

Two feedback rounds are included. A round is one message with all the changes you want, however many.

After those, a further full revision is 50 EGP, and a small factual change (e.g. a time, venue or typo) is 20 EGP per change, paid the same way. We always confirm the price before you pay.

We fix our own mistakes for free.

Hosting

Your site stays online for as long as Oursharedmoments operates. There's no yearly fee.

If we ever have to close, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a copy of your site.

We may update how sites are stored or delivered (for example, image formats) as long as your site looks the same.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos and text you send, and that the people in them are happy to appear on your site.

You keep all rights to your content. You let us use it only to make, host and show your site, and not in our marketing unless you agree.

We may refuse or remove content that's illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

Checking your site

We use AI tools to help draft and check sites, and a person reviews each one before it reaches you. Please check names, dates, times, the venue and the RSVP number before you approve it, because guests rely on them.

Refunds

Refunds are decided case by case. Message us in the chat.

If we refund an order, its site is taken offline.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about your order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. We may update them, and the version that applied when you paid stays in force for your order.
